They located my daughter that I hadn't seen in 26 years.Its a story like most people have probably all heard before I was young and scared and I never made an attemp to find her I had thought about it a hundred times but I really didnt know how to go about it. And when I finally decided to all the information I could provide was a first name and year of birth. It only took them 2 weeks to locate her with a full name full adress and phone number and her mothers contact information so I could speak to her first about coming forward. they were awesome this was a very awkward sensitive situation and they made it alot easier.They worked on finding her non stop and even made the first phone call for me because I was nervous and they only charged me $100 bucks for all that trouble.

About six months ago I was referred to secret secretaries by a friend who owns her own agricultural business that stumbled upon their company while looking for a book keeper. She was so impressed with their services that when I was complaining about going to do my taxes through a large national tax service(I wont mention any names) that she told me to give them a call because they do individual book keeping and tax preperation. I called them up and the service was so personal and the woman I spoke with was so pleasant and reassuring and when I told her how much I got back on average every year through the other company she told me I should be receiving much more that I decided to try them out.She went through every receipt one by one ,checked checked and re-checked and made sure she got me the maximum.
Well I got back more than I have ever received before almost 10,000 and needless to say I'm coming back to her next year.
I really must take my hat off to this company theyre really down to earth real people who really give it their all to make the customer happy and that's something thats a lost art in business today and its very refreshing to speak to real people who understand real people problems unlike so many of these faceless multi national corporations.
